This measures HTTPS request duration, not an isolated TLS handshake or VPN latency. DNS, CORS, certificates, server load and browser settings can affect results. It cannot establish DPI, ISP throttling or a blocked port.

VLESS-Reality uses TLS-based transport. OpenVPN and WireGuard use different connection patterns; some network policies restrict UDP. This browser check sends ordinary HTTPS HEAD requests and does not test those VPN protocols or demonstrate that a filter can be bypassed. Access depends on network policy and service availability.
